This is 1/2 of your service total & will go towards your overall service cost. Booking fees/Deposits ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please understand cancellations before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit can be transferred for up to 1 reschedule that needs to be scheduled at time of cancellation. If not, the deposit is forfeited. Along with the cancellation there will be a $35 cancellation fee to cover the time missed. Please remember to notify of cancellations. No calls no shows are charged 100%. Cancellation within 24hours deposits are forfeited. No call, no shows or refusing to pay any fees mentioned above will result in being banned from future booking. Lateness: Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. We kindly ask that you arrive at your appointment with clean lashes, brows, or a clean face.
